17 April 2020
Another glorious day in Manly. We enjoyed wall-to-wall sunshine and the mercury reached 27 degrees today. It’s important to look at the positives when living in the so called ‘new normal’ and it really does make it a hell of a lot easier when the sun is out. Thankfully the sun shines most days here (smug face).
Highlights of the day included:
My now customary ocean swim…

Hanging out with my furry friend Bernie…
‘Positive signs’ on my walk home…
Pork tacos for dinner…
Very much another standard day in Manly during the coronavirus pandemic.
There are 6,526 confirmed COVID-19 cases in Australia, with 2,926 in New South Wales. New cases are very much declining, but social distancing and isolation measures remain in place for the foreseeable future to ensure the virus is contained.
